Happy Friday everyone! In case you forgot, there are only two more days before the big game in Indianapolis! Have you finalized your Super Bowl menu yet? Even if you have, you will want to run out and buy the ingredients to make this delicious dip. Edamame, goat cheese, lemon, garlic, and wasabi are pureed together to make one fabulously healthy dip. Serve with pita chips, vegetables, or even spoon it into your mouth…it is that good! The wasabi gives it a surprising little kick. If you are not a fan of wasabi, no worries, you can leave it out. This dip is great for those health conscious guests that you might have on Sunday. Each serving only has 46 calories and it only takes minutes to make. 🙂

Wow what a great recipe. It’s hard to find healthy. Love your blog
I am obsessed with finding new ways to eat edamame and this looks delicious! Thanks!
Hi, Christina, Katherine from the Rufus blog here. This looks great and we never make anything with edamame. But I also had to come here and tell you that I brought your marmalade cookies into work and people are going gaga over them. I’ve sent about five people your link!
This looks awesome!! Thank you for sharing
Not for me: no Superbowl and no edamame. Beautiful color, though.
I think it looks interesting, I am going to try it! :))
This looks awesome! I would totally bring this, and it’s a healthier option than some because of the protein, right?
I love the combination of the edamame with the wasabi. A great sounding dip.
This is a wonderful dip for Super bowl or any occasion. Go Giants!
Oh Dog! I LOVE edamame! I gotta try this… I wonder if I could use tofu instead of goat cheese?
Can´t get edamame here, would have to figure out a substitute, but surprisingly CAN get wasabi (which I adore). I will definitely have to make a version of this!
What a great idea! So much healthier than so many other dips.
I’ve just posted to my Facebook page… what a great idea… and healthy too!!
No Superbowl in our house, but my family loves Edamame. This would be great for any entertaining…..
